Tier 1 – Basic Support Services


Tier 1 Support Services with Aging Changes.



  • Monthly phone updates.
  • Check in with loved one(s) for up to 2 hours per week (up to 8 hours per month).
  • Weekly email update if requested.
  • One Skype call with your loved one per month or up to 5 digital photos.
  • During the first three months of service, if you feel it would be beneficial, you can upgrade your tier at 50% off the first month of Tier 2 or Tier 3, or you can pay for extra services on an as needed basis.
