- Monthly phone updates.
- Check in with loved one(s) for up to 2 hours per week (up to 8 hours per month).
- Weekly email update if requested.
- One Skype call with your loved one per month or up to 5 digital photos.
- During the first three months of service, if you feel it would be beneficial, you can upgrade your tier at 50% off the first month of Tier 2 or Tier 3, or you can pay for extra services on an as needed basis.
